If you have to cancel a run due to bad weather, illness or unexpected issues go to Bookings in the left hand menu above and click the Cancel button next to your run. After cancelling your run fill in a Cancellation Voucher Request below to add a cancellation voucher to your shopping basket. When you take your basket through checkout a voucher will be generated which will allow you to book a new run.
