Cancelled Run Auto Refund Request

If you have just cancelled a run you can request an Auto Refund Voucher up to the value of £24 here. First make sure you have cancelled your run in Bookings in My Account. Then select the correct run value for your cancelled run/runs (£6 per cancelled half hour) and add to your basket. Once you have taken your request through checkout (no payment will be taken) an instant voucher will be added to your account. Your Cancelled Run Request will be logged in your orders and must correspond to the value of your cancelled runs.

  • Make sure you cancel your run before you request your voucher or your voucher will be removed from the system.
  • Cancellation vouchers can be used to book a more suitable time on the run at a time and date of your choosing, depending on run availability.
  • Cancellation vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cancellation vouchers cannot be used to purchase discount voucher packages or other vouchers, but should be used only for booking a replacement run for your cancelled booking.
  • If you are cancelling a large amount of runs at any one time (over the value of £24) because you are unable to use the runs for the forseeable future please Contact Us.
  • Current vouchers will show in your shopping basket and in coupons when you add a classic or agility run to your basket.
